Subject	Endplay in HICAS rack

Message	Quick question on the HICAS rack - I've got a TT in right now for some other work and noticed that it has a substantial amount of movement in the HICAS rack when the engine is off. The inner tie rod ends are good, the play is coming from the rack. Could this be just a bleed problem or is there an issue with the rack itself? Any other time I've had an issue with the HICAS rack, its been inner tie rod ends. I've not a lot of time in troubleshooting HICAS - most of the time around here that stuff ends up in the dumpster at the first sign of trouble or at the owner's request.
