Message	Have checked that the throttle bodies are in the "closed" position -they are and they are sealed tight. I've found that if I remove the TPS and rotate the plastic gear with a screwdriver I can get it to a position that outputs .5v, however this is about 180* out from where it needs to be to fit onto the throttle body cam. I've checked the position of the cam against that on a known working motor and they are the same.
