Message	thank you for the reply, the hood latch has been inspected and i can verify that this isnt the problem., my hood hinges dont have covers. they used to but not anymore. I swear i can hear the noise from the windshield vent from the outside of the car, i wanna make a good video to show you guys. During the day time.
