I would check if the timing belt jumped a tooth and if so, see if the tensioner is still set to spec. For the vac/air tests, did you use a boost leak tester? That revealed leaks for me I thought didn't exist. How did the power balance test come out? Looks like you already swapped in known good parts for MAS, TPU, CAS, FPC. Last thing - you said voltages are all over the place. Did you check if your alternator is still OK? That can cause big problems. G/L.
