Message I'll try and make this as short as possible. Z started stumbling bad. No power, bucking, voltage all over the place same with idle. Started troubleshooting. With that:
checked for codes - 55
cleaned all connectors associated with items listed below.
checked fuel pump - ohmed at .6 (good) actually checked it against new spare fuel pump which also was .6 ohms.
checked fuel pump controller - nothing burnt, replaced with new unit.
fuel pressure is 38psi, when I crank it, jumps to 43 and then 2~3 seconds later drops back to 38 (good)Plus, I can smell fuel after a couple of cranks.
pulled all spark plugs, checked gap. (good) no signs of fouling also.
checked IACV - ohmed at 9.8 (good)
checked air regulator - ohmed at 75 (good)
replaced 5 year old Optima yellow top w/new Exide battery (good)
replaced EGI fuse 7.5a in drivers side kick panel
replaced EGI relay DS fender. checked for voltage at terminals 1&2 - 12.4v (good)
checked fuel pump relay behind DS fender well liner - (good)
replaced eng cont 10a fuse
replaced fuel pump fusible link in small block in front of battery
checked TPS - .45v (good)
checked TPS continuity - (good) pedal depressed
checked timing - 15 (spot on)
checked CAS against brand new unit (good)
checked PTU against brand new unit (good)did continuity test for the hell of it - good, both units
checked MAF's (Selin) (good) ign ON .8v. (don't think it would stop Z from starting)
checked O2 sensors - (good... less than a year old.) resistance decreases as temp increases
checked injectors - all ohm 12.3~4 ohms (good)
checked coil packs - all ~ .7 ohms (good)
checked fuel temp sensor @ 68F - 2.5 ohms (good)
checked valve timing cntl sol valve - battery voltage (good)
checked ground loop continuity - good. Even replaced the connection at the firewall. Will be replacing the rest of the ground net tomorrow morning. (at this point, why not?)

I'm sure I'm missing something or doing something stupid. TIA
