Message	I just replaced mine for the same reason. I believe there are four bolts holding it on. Super easy to change. I didn't want that thing disintegrating while I was driving. God knows how much damage that would cause. I picked one up at local junk yard for about $20. It was from a Pathfinder (exact same fan as z32)
