Message sub frame bushings. Smell of fuel not good. After a drive pop the hood and use your sniffer and a flash light and explore the engine especially at each injector.

Cooling system service is to protect the engine when cold and also to prevent corrosion of metal inside the cooling system (very important). Coolant ages and the additives need to be replaced. If you look in the radiator when cold what color is the coolant, green, brown, clear?? Since you do not know when last done I recommend you do it. Buy a anti freeze checker (not that expensive less than $10) and check coolant concentration level, read instructions to see where the present coolant is. It should be 50% antifreeze usually referenced with a protection temperature. If at 50/50 do following (if not let me know where it is at):

If coolant is green, clear and no sludge looking crud in the radiator buy some 50/50 coolant (Ethelyn glycol only) Prestone, when cool open cap drain coolant at radiator bottom there is a drain dump into a bucket, close drain, also drain the overflow bottle (need to pump that out), open air vent at radiator top hose (phillips screw driver plug), fill radiator to cap rim in neck and overflow bottle to correct mark. Close radiator cap, start engine and do a short run till warmed up, observe temp gage, and run heater at full hot to circulate coolant to that system. Let engine cool down and check coolant level in radiator and over flow bottle add as needed.

Sounds like the washer pumps and or the electric to the pumps are defective. Do you at least hear the electric pumps working? If so that is good so it eliminates the electric. There are 2 pumps one for front one for rear. On the coupe (not sure on the 2+2) they are at the rear inside the lift back on the driver side. You need to pull the plastic panels out to get to it, not a fun job. Look to the manual to see how it is buried.

If you want call me to discuss things I have a 92NA owned since 92 and know the system well, happy to help. Check your email for my contact info.
