You could pull the top plastic covers off and inspect the belt for dryness but you have to rotate the engine for a full view of the entire belt. Nissan gave no time on the belt just miles. I would go to a Nissan dealer and with your VIN ask for a printout of that service to see exactly what was done especially the tensioner that needs to be done with every timing belt service.
