Message	Ok I went back and reset the tps following section EC67 and then reset the idle following section EC37 word for word in the 96 FSM. Idle is more stable now, O2 sensors reading normal, engine still shakey at 700 +/- 50RPM but not as bad. Exhaust note is noticeably smoother as well. I noticed the EGR solenoid is ON during idle, normal. But when I open and hold the throttle it remains on. FSM doesnt state if there is a certain RPM range it has to be at to flip off, is that normal?
