Subject	Can I delete these boxes without having issues

Message	I want to know if i can eliminate the following boxes without any ill effects that i may not be aware of. I want to use the room for my new Haltech and separate Haltech related modules. 1. Hicas control module: I have completely eliminated the HICAS system 2. Theft warning controller: 3. ASCD controller: Cruise Control also deleted 4. Seat belt control module: I swapped over to the 96+ seatbelt and left the wires unconnected in the door. I think i need to complete the circuit in order to get the seatbelt light or chime to stop.
