Message I don't imagine you would be able to fit many tools back there :(. You might have to remove the engine/turbo to do this. You be the judge.

Things that could work:

1. Drill it out, tap new hole. Make sure to use a well centered pilot hole! I highly doubt any bits outside of tungsten will be able to eat through it though. No idea on the tap though, since the material is likely incredible hard and brittle. It might not work.

2. Heat it up till it's literally cherry hot, dump wax on it, and turn it out with some massive grip pliers. I'm not making this up, check it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTRUXRv2HFs

3. Although this technique didn't work for me, you could weld a nut to the remaining stud, and turn it out. Don't forget to soak it in acetone/ATF mix beforehand! (much more effective then PB or WD-40)

And don't bother with Easy outs. They are utterly useless against these hardened studs.

This is the bit I used to drill mine out. These have double the hardness of even carbide steel bits. [ http://www.amazon.com/3pc-Tile-Glass-Drill-Bit/dp/B00JJYJRE8 ]
