Message	components? Do you have any evidence of this? If so, it would be a good reason to avoid all upgraded belts! How would more "stress" create a sound? I'd think it would come from the material of the belt deflecting more than anything. I can't imagine the idler pulleys themselves deflecting substantially and creating a noise.
