Message	fender liner...... If you can manage the routing, I'd just replace that whole hose. As for the reservoir, reverse pressure clean it with water-hose. You might use some scale cleaner by Prestone or whichever. I'd even get that cleaner hot, not quite boiling, and pour it in and let it soak so as to REEEELLY give it a great chance to clean it all out. :)
