Message	I took the overflow pipe off the radiator cap and put it on the ground then filled the overflow tank with water. No water comes out of the pipe laying on the ground. This is a big problem as it theoretically makes the entire coolant system a fixed volume with no overflow capability, i.e. on a hot day something is going kaboom!
