Message Long story short...Had the motor/tranny out in the fall and decided to replace the throw out bearing while I was there. Start car up and I noticed that the pedal is soft and takes about half of the travel before I start to feel any sort of disengagement happening. It grabs practically right off the floor, BUT the car was drivable. Granny shifting was ok, but at high RPM it was VERY hard to change gears.

It has now gotten worse, and will grind into 1st.

So this is what I have done thus far..

-Pedal was adjusted as per SZ article, no change.
-Clutch Master Cylinder was replaced today, along with SZ 1 piece line
-System was bled (before installation of new master/line, and after)No change.

Upon further investigation I noticed the fork looked somewhat crooked, and I'm now wondering if I screwed something up..and if I should drop the tranny, because besides replacing the slave cylinder(which is not leaking), I am stumped.

Any suggestions would be awesome, Tune is on the 20th and I have a 1500 mile round trip to make....
