Hey guys, So I did a PCV delete in the process of upgrading my 300zx with the 675RS kit. I capped off the plenum and capped the 2 ports on the exhaust cam cover. I left the intake ones as is, going from the front of the engine into the accordion pipes. When I went to have the car dyno'd and tuned, the oil dip stick kept blowing out and finally the 3 driver side pistons (same side as capped PCV ports) failed, and had compression under 100, and smoking like crazy.The shop thinks it was due to too much pressure buildup and partly due to the exhaust cam covers being capped. Is there any harm if instead of capping the exhaust cam cover, to run 2 lines to a VENTED catch can?
