Message I have a 1993 2+2 that I've owned for 13 years. The car has 107k miles and has mostly sat for the last 6 years. I do crank it up but it now appears that I am not getting fuel to my #1 and #2 injectors. As a result, I'm in the process of taking off the plenum and replacing the injectors. During the plenum removal, I noticed that the IACV has white powdery corrosion on it. So much so that the entire upper portion (gold-colored "T") of the valve assembly is covered in corrosion. I've tried to search for this problem, but couldn't find any answers. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know if the part is still operating correctly and if I'm going to replace it, now is the time. However, money is a real concern at the moment and I don't want to spend $300-400 on a part that could be simply cleaned. Any help is greatly appreciated.
