Subject	White/blue smoke on TT- turbos, rings or valves?

Message	Looking for some help to diagnos smoke issue. So far I've noticed a lot of smoke when coming to a stop. Removed hoses from both throttles found oil residue. Removed plugs found all where fouled with oil residue. I performed a compressions test on 5 cylinders after I had warmed up engine. Found all were in the 170's one was at 165. By the time I was going to test cyl. 6 battery was too low. Does anyone have any additional tests that I can do before choosing the turbos, rings or valves?
