Anyhow, the 5901 has one wire the 560 doesn't, and that's the flex relay 87a (NC) pole.

Your connections should be very similar;

H3/1 - Violet - Starter Output
H3/2 - Green - Starter Input
H3/3 - Red - Ignition 1 Polarity Input
H3/4 - Orange - Accessory
H3/5 - Pink - Ignition 1
H3/6 - Red - Ignition 2 Polarity Input
H3/7 - Pink/White - Flex Relay Output
H3/8 - Red/White - Ignition 2 Input

Violet - Black/Yellow Car Side (Starter) [Intercept]
Green - Black/Yellow Key Side (Starter) [Intercept]
Red - White/Red (+12V) [Splice]
Orange - Blue (Accessory) [Splice]
Pink - Black/White (Ignition) [Splice]
Red - White/Red (+12V) [Splice]
Pink/White - Unused (Z's don't have an Ignition 2 Circuit)
Red/White - White/Red (+12V) [Splice]

I do see a problem with the fact that there is only one starter wire. I am under the impression it wont start with only one starter signal, it looks like the second keeps the ignition relay active while cranking.

If it doesn't work, you may have to install a relay to get both manual and remote start to work with two ignition wires.
