Message	You need a boost controller on there. He put the boost jets in from the ecu upgrade, but he deleted all the stock boost solenoids and such. The boost jets wont work because of this. It ran rich when I had it, but I wasnt working on that that issue for him. Get a fuel pressure gauge on there. He may have pinched an oring when doing the injector upgrade. They are not stock. May be the regulator or leaking dampener into the plenum. Also those injectors were weird, used a patch harness from the old style to new style connectors. Boost leak was solid at the time. Has mostly new hoses on it. He did say CZP ecu but I've never dealt with their programming.
