If they have been replaced, make sure you know what injectors are in there and you have the appropriate corresponding tune (ECU program) to run such injectors. If you know these two items jive, then I'd look at ohm testing all 6 injectors. You might have one stuck open and is dumping fuel. You won't feel a rich misfire as you would a lean misfire. If all injectors ohm within spec (10-14 ohms) then I'd suspect pinched injector O-rings.
