So I pressurized the fuel manifold above the inlet plenum to test if the new OEM fuel hoses and clamps I installed were hermetic. They were but when I removed the test lines off the D.S. of the plenum the downstream pipes was still pressurized.
This implies either the pressure regulator or damper is holding pressure which doesn't seem right, or maybe it is?? Shouldn't air (or fuel) flow easily through the fuel manifold under minimal pressure conditions? Do I have a problem with one of these components?
