Subject	fuel pump relay question - no power ?

Message	any reason why the fuel pump relay would not see power besides the fuel pump fuse or ECU issue ? when I use a light tester on the orange (power ?) wire on the wiring / harness side -- it doesn't light up with the ignition on or when starting. The white wires with stripes do light up. I used conzult and I tried multiple green relays to release fuel. No fuel pressure at all.
