than 0 psi", but I'm wondering about the boost jets and the gauge. How are you using the throttle when it detonates? Pushing down slowly? quickly to the floor? holding it down only for a moment? or for a while? You could pull the boost jets and see what it does, plus you could then measure them. Mine had boost jets when I bought it, and it detonated under either full throttle or quick bursts. My turbo timer showed 15 max too, which is too high. The boost jets allow a boost spike, so if it's only happening at quick throttle application, then going away even though you keep the pedal on the floor, it's the jets allowing that spike.
