IMO the easiest thing would be to drop the front support, dunno if you could even do this without. If you want HS PS Hose replaced too, which you should do, that will take some time to snake it around. Don't forget you're going to need an alignment done, so the time/money estimate varies if that's included or not. Drop the front support, remove hoses, remove rack and replace, reconnect hoses, reconnect tie rod ends, put it back up. Probably closer to at least 4 hours, but wouldn't be surprised if they billed you for 6, and that's not including the alignment you'll need.
