Seems to make a noise just as you let the pressure off of the drive line. It's likely that you only notice it here because being on the hill is loading it up more than you do normally on a flat, torquing the front of the diff up. Then, when you clutch it, you suddenly remove the driveline torque, causing the front of the diff to drop back down and bounce against the subframe...if the bushings are bad. That's my guess... :)
