I can't believe the PTU, or any other electrical circuit would "break" just sitting for a year. And I will be replacing the entire EFI wiring harness with a new Wiring Specialties one when I pull the engine to replace the turbos, so that should also do-away with the sub-harness. But I'm stuck on whether I tested the PTU correctly, or if I need to move further on down the diagnostic trail.
