Maybe because the sub-harness was installed many years later by the dealer, and maybe because it's located up front and not on top or behind the engine, it's still relatively pliable. But my testing of the PTU was done with it removed from the car and not connected to the harness. So I'm trying to ascertain if having resistances in the two cases where there should be infinite resistances (I got 170 ohms and 322 ohms respectively instead) would be sufficient reason why I'm not getting sparks on any plugs. There was an older thread of the same issue and one poster mentioned that some believed the PTU test is not accurate and therefore may not be the root cause of no sparks.
