I only pulled #1 plug/coil and touched the plug's body to ground but saw no spark. Not sure if I need to be more forceful in grounding but I assume that since there should be sufficient voltage to initiate an arc across the relatively large electrode gap, simply contacting the plugs' body to different bolts on the intake manifold should be sufficient (connector wire too short to stretch assembly closer to chassis ground) to either cause an arc between the electrodes or the body-to-ground. From another website, I checked the middle wire of all accessible coil connectors and there's 12V. Also, there's definitely fuel getting in because the number 1 plug was wet and obviously smelled like fuel.
