to, or do your wastegates fully open at 13-15 psi? It kind of drove me nuts setting my preload - there doesn't seem to be an exact "science" involved with it and I'm sure my method was different from others. I set my preload based on the amount of psi it took to "loosen" the wastegate "valves" enough to turn them with my finger/thumb. Not sure if this will cause my base pressure to be higher than other's using a different method or not. P.S. I used a Mityvac hand pump and it worked great for this job.
