Message	I remember when I first bought mine there was some sort of confusion as to whether or not you were supposed to use the washer with the pivot ball. To this day I do not know if you are or are not supposed to use it, but it certainly would change the lever-movement of the fork by just enough to cause problems. Any experts out there able to chime in on this possibility?
