should see blueish smoke when you let off the throttle. On vacuum, the oil is sucked past the seals into the cylinder and out the exhaust. It's common for turbocharged cars to have a light coating of oil on the piping over time, which might account for some of the accumulated crap in the plenum. I don't know what's causing the debris to be deposited (you said your turbos are leaking, sounds like bad turbo seals. Could the trash be seal debris? Just a guess.).
