Message	The tech is supposed to write on it when the service was completed and affix it within the engine bay. You could look to see if that exists. Would include the mileage when it was performed. Obviously, not everyone installs the placard, so even if the service was completed, they may not have affixed it. Otherwise, you need to assume it hasn't been done. -jb
