But I must say I have run into social misfits who have thoughtlessly or even intentionally said things that came across as thinking I was dumb and consequently did not get my hundreds of dollars in repairs. My philosophy is I'll pay more for quality work, excellent customer service, AND so I can more easily hold them accountable for any problems they're responsible for :)
