Im having a problem with my 91 N/A and really need some help. I'm getting stumbling and loss of power at around 2,000 rpm while driving, just Revving when not in gear it's barely noticeable. Once I get over 3,000rpm seems to smooth out. Engine was running fine last fall, over the winter did the following: Changed radiator Pulled plenum Disassembled and cleaned IAA and air regulator Det. Sensor relocate New headers Replaced all coil paks When driving it feels like a cylinder not firing. First drive was only a slight problem, wasn't even sure if It was there or not. Next time out the problem started after 5-10 minutes of driving. Now it's all the time. I've done the following Power balance test, no problem found Changed all coil paks back to old known working units, no change Checked ecu, no error codes. Set throttle bodies per the service manual Set the idle Tested and set TPS Checked hose connections, pcv, IAA etc. Pressure tested intake and fixed all leaks Replaced leaking air regulator with new Changed CAS Tested and cleaned MAF Replaced O2 sensors Tested injectors, ohm test and click test Checked timing Probably a few other things as well After changing the CAS car ran much better maybe 90%, next time I drove it the problem was back. What else should I be looking at? Thanks, Adam
