TSB #94005B - MAR 94, Turbocharger - Noise, Oil Inlet Tube Clogging (I have a copy of it around here somewhere but it would take a LOT of digging to find it): IIRC, the Oil Inlet Tube had a curve in it that was too sharp for the I.D. of the tube and therefore contributed to clogging of the tube due to "oil coking" which caused the untimely demise of the turbocharger. I think it was the passenger-side turbo which would make sense given that doofus mechanic didn't route that oil-cooler hose correctly and sit it back into that clip. Had mine done under warranty back in 1995. Got an improved, larger I.D. oil-tube and a new turbocharger free.
