coolant temp the ECU will affect injector pulses and fuel flow. This in combination with a marginal injector(s), dirty MAF, etc could be related to your issue.
Also look into the injector connectors, the internal wires at the connector can get corroded and affect injector voltage signal, noticed that when I up graded to new style injectors and connectors. Use dielectric grease in connectors.
