Message	Like I said.. Tap the Valve Stem to 'Pop' the valve on the seat to see if you can nock some of the rust off.. spray a lite oil in there ( WD-40 type ) and see if the numbers improve.. If they come up to the less than 20% range, then good.. Else you might want to pull it.. It's all a gamble .. Cj
