Zrom your list was exactly how I thought the VTC was supposed to operate but mine was not. I ended up hooking a light up to the VTC connector like Cjw3 suggested just to make sure Conzult was reading right and it was.
With a 10 LED motorcycle turn signal light zip tied to the windshield wiper it didn't take long to figure out that the VTC only seemed to be working above 50mph. I do my tunes with Tunerpro and knew that I had the min speed set to 6 mph so I started looking at the XDF definition file directly. After checking the hex addresses I found that the addresses for the min temp and min speed were switched in the XDF file. I had the min temp set and 32 degees F and this was setting my min speed to 49 mph. After switching the hex addresses everything works like it should.
