I did check the ECU for codes on Saturday and yesterday, both came up with 55 for nothing. I have not checked my PTU in the past year. I did not think a PTU would cause the vehicle to slowly start, I assumed a crappy connection would prevent the engine from starting altogether. The fuel filter and engine temp sensor have not been changed since I bought the vehicle in 2007. I used Double Plat because that was what I was told to use via my parts department. I thought Iridium was necessary for high boost applications. Since I never push more than 16 lbs, I didn't think that necessary. Am I wrong? The balance tube Orings are brand new, within 1000 miles and I checked them Saturday when I swapped the plugs. Bernie did do a 5 speed swap for me, hate to bother the guy though.
