Subject	Fuel fusible link has 2 voltages

Message	The last fusible link closest to motor is sketchy as hell. - Unplug it while car is running, car stays running just fine. - While car running and unplugged: left contact (towards back of car/towards battery) has 11.6 volts, right has 14.2 volts. - If I shut the car off, the left side loses voltage. - Turn key to on position with fusible link NOT plugged in, right side has no voltage still, but pllug it back in and unplug and check again, right side has 11ish volts and very slowly drains. Does anyone have any theories or knows where that right side contact goes to? I've tried to find a good wiring diagram for this to no avail, if anyone has one that would help that would also be appreciated.
