Make sure the Castellated Nut (A.K.A. "Castle Nut," looks like a castle with turrets) out on the end is tight and make sure there is a Cotter-Pin in it which retains the torque on the Castellated Nut. See my previous reply. I think you're going to wind up at an alignment shop, and I would take my car to an alignment shop myself if in your situation. Suspensional Geometry can become extensively problematic when it comes to worn parts.
