Message	the problem I'm having is the battery arcs extremely bad wheni connect the positive terminalto the battery after the ground has already been secured. I measured the resistance in ohms between that short white wire that goes to the main battery fuse and ground. I have .003 resistance. nothing of the car wants to come on the car wont even crank.
