Subject	Timing Belt Question

Message	I have just replaced my timing belt as per [ http://www.ttzd.com/tech/60ktech.html ] Got the timing belt on and tensioner on. All marks lined up. Step 47 says to rotate the crankshaft 2 revolutions to make sure the valves aren't hitting. I have done this but the lines are not lining up anymore. I've kept rotating thinking they will come back, but they haven't. I am very worried I've done something wrong. Maybe I mixed up driver and passenger side cam sprockets? Is this normal? What should I do? Thank you for hour responses.
