Message	slips into the channel. The cold made it just fit w/out any issues. Plan to drill out the old blind head window nut -- pretty easy to do and very soft metal. Just protect the window glass with some tape, etc in case the drill bit slips. Used my Dremel for the job.... Also - used a block of wood and some small nails to make tool for tightening that blind head window nut to the bolt. Nut has some small "detents" made for a special tool which of course I didn't have. Drilled holes thru the wood to the right spacing and inserted the nails. Nail tips stuck out of the wood about 1/4 of inch or so. If window nut gets scratched - just touch it up afterwards.
