The L shaped adapter screws into the right side oil feed port and replaces the factory oil feed block. The banjo bolt fitting (that you have on the wrong side) goes behind the AC compressor bracket on the left side to feed your drivers side turbo. You don't use that K bolt anymore.
Make sure you grind out the back side of the ac bracket to provide enough clearance for the banjo fitting and bolt or you risk breaking the fitting.
There is a restrictor that screws directly into the turbo that the oil feed line screws onto. That is where the difference between journal and BB restrictors are found.
