Message Anytime you have a problem with how the car runs after you have turned on something that uses a large amount of power is generally related to total power. Just because you have the volts, does not necessarily mean you have the amps. I would suggest first checking that all of your grounds on the wiring harness are clean and secure (since this is easy and cheap). Next step, you have two options. 1 is to pull the alternator, take it to a shop and have it tested for proper amperage output. The other option is to buy a good voltmeter that can test high amperage and do the test yourself. You'll also want to look at things like voltage to the coil packs, or possible voltage drop at the battery when you turn one of those systems on. Hope this helps and good luck
