reinstalling plenum this last time. Good seal on injectors & lower intake manifold. Seems electrical, but the Hydrolock dragging starter symptom has got me second guessing that theory. It's losing 37psi of fuel over a 2-3 second timeframe OR is the fuel pump shorting out and starting to supply 37psi but then peters out after 2-3 seconds and opens up a circuit to drain voltage? I'm closer, but no cigar..yet.
