I have been contemplating a way to have a machine shop fab me up a set of transitional channels to replace the stock vortex plate/dummy maf plates for my intakes. i am running a haltech PNP with no more mafs, therefore I have 2 dummy mafs installed A transitional "cone" that starts from the diameter of the pop chargers down to the diameter of the inlet pipes would be more efficient, as oppose to vortex plates and maf adapters a transitional reduction channel would decrease internal flow turbulence, as oppose to the plates and adapters that immediately cut the 4 inch filter size down to a 2.5 here's what I'm thinking
instead of this:
any thoughts?
