It would cost you three times as much to fix it as to buy another. I bought an Ebay knockoff of a mishmoto for my LS swap for a hundred bucks that is a beautiful piece of work. I took it to the local radiator shop to have the inlet moved, the top mounting posts moved, and a steam pipe nipple welded on. The modifications took two hours of work, and cost me a hundred and a half. Re-welding your radiator would be hours and hours of work.
